Mr. Block began his practice with Goldstein, Goldstein & Rikon, the foremost eminent domain boutique firm in New York City, where he represented various business and property owners throughout the metropolitan area. Among his clients were theater and business owners in the Times Square (42nd Street) Redevelopment Project.Thereafter, and prior to joining the California Eminent Domain Law Group, APC, Mr. Block was an eminent domain partner with Sullivan, Workman & Dee in Los Angeles. Among his many achievements, he obtained a favorable resolution for an inner-city dance theatre in an inverse condemnation action against the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency.Mr. Block is licensed to practice law in California and New York and is a member of various bar associations.
