We offer Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science and Strength and Conditioning, Workers Compensation and Occupational Rehabilitation Consulting.We coordinate programs for junior athletes from the very beginning to elite, advanced style programming. We coordinate an extremely successful seniors health program and we are on our way to being known as the strongest over 50's health and fitness centre in Australia with some amazing client achievements. We coordinate a distinct focus on pelvic health, womens' health both ante and post natally. We have a very successful Mums' and Bubs' program that has helped over 200 hundred Mums so far and is growing rapidly. Some of our coaches and clinicians provide specific consulting services for injury management, performance, physiotherapy as a virtual service for people not from the Central Queensland region.

After coaching for more than 25 years, I am honestly more passionate now than ever about leadership, excellence and the delivery of unrivalled care in the education, health, fitness and performance realms. I pride myself on never being satisfied and always striving for the next level of performance in no matter what I do. Finding a way to climb the next mountain and thinking laterally to do so.
