Retail Location Install: Setup new retail locations using experience as an IT Expert at Staples. I was tasked with sourcing and installing all technology for the new location. Including; Production/Pos systems, QB POS client/server systems, Digital monitors for menus, setting up store network, installed NAS at all retail/commercial locations with remote access and Installing Xerox commercial printers.Store Operations: Develop and implement store retail procedures. Trained other Kuhnekt staff on IVR administration. Attended and managed all audio/video equipment for streaming. Sourced conference phone system so users can listen to remote auctions.
