Performed planning and preparation of activities for the chemical demilitarization project at the Bluegrass Chemical Agent Destruction Pilot Plant, following agreed requirements of international treaty. Involved real-time process and production decisions involving hazardous materials. Initial employment as Instrumentation and Controls Technician involved in active destruction of the chemical weapons stockpile.

Performed project management activities related to maintenance of medical and ancillary equipment to assure continuity of service. Required complex and rapid decision making, extensive documentation of activities, as well as detailed research into current industry standards.

Performed project management activities in support of the Aerostat UAV system, working in conjunction with the U.S. Navy. Responsible for Aircraft operational safety during mission deployment. Required extensive assessment and troubleshooting skills for inspection, maintenance, and repair of project equipment.

Provided technical support and application training to soldiers for an optic sensor surveillance system (ground penetrating radar). Designed and built simulated IED paths for training scenarios and provided instruction on detecting procedures.
