Since October 2011 I have spoken about my personal experiences with mental illness, having made an attempt on my life following a mental breakdown. I have spoken in over 75 regional centres around Western Australia for OneLife delivering to local communities strategies to help improve resilience and to also aid in removing the stigma often related to mental illness.I have also done myriad presentations in the corporate world aiming to remove the stigma often related to mental illness.
