Software Engineer - Java Application Testing * Software development for testing of new functionality within the Symbian OS Java virtual machine - Scope, detail and execute a testing strategy for each new Java Specification Request to be included into the Symbian OS, including writing J2ME test applications for this functionality * Developing test infrastucture, including Java, Perl and shell scripts to integrate Java Test Compatibility Kits into the Symbian build framework * Defect fixing for existing components within the infrastructure

Software development for the ATM Service Provisioning system within the Cross Domain Manager - Object Oriented Design using UML and Java development in a windows environment for deployment on a HP-UX cluster - Team lead for the development of the Service Activation subsystem - System architecture of distributed systems using Java/CORBA/C++ including both server and client designs, patterns, coding standards and software quality processes - The software development lifecycle, processes and the Capability Maturity Model Integration - Configuration management - Technical manager for the Frame Relay and ATM projects - Scheduling, estimation, tracking, and resource management as well as overall system design, requirements and testing including team leader for 6 engineers
