Planned, directed, managed and coordinated repairs and modernization in support of COMNAVAIRFOR policy for projects funded up to 150 million dollars per operating cycle and involving the coordination of the efforts of a workforce ranging from 100 to 800.

Same as above. Following release from active duty, and due to a civil service hiring freeze, I was maintained on the CNAP staff as a contractor with the same duties and responsibilities (with appropriate government oversight) until I could be hired as a civil servant.
