For over six years, I have been the owner and president of Rudolphia LLC, a company that invests in and manages real estate properties in Arizona and North Carolina. I have achieved consistent growth and profitability in the market, built strong relationships with the residents and industry trades, and leveraged my IT management skills to optimize the operations and maintenance of the rentals. Before venturing into real estate, I spent 19 years at Intel, where I held various leadership roles in IT infrastructure and global service desk operations. As an IT infrastructure director, I led an international team of over 300 that supported the data centers, compute, storage, platform, and managed hosting for the semiconductor giant. I reduced operating costs by 50%, implemented a cloud strategy and managed relationships with AWS and Azure, and set up a managed services team to sustain customers' application needs on infrastructure. As a global service desk operations manager, I consolidated seven call centers to three, implemented a centralized data center, and developed remote collaboration tools. I have a bachelor's degree in Technology Management - Organizational Leadership from Purdue University and a SAFe 4 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile Framework. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong cross-functional team leadership, IT management, Lean process improvement, culture change, Agile, and Data Center skills. I enjoy leading and transforming organizations, developing people, and managing efficient teams. I focus on culture, strategy, and execution, and consider the positive impact I have on my stakeholders and employees as the greatest contributions of my career.
