Responsible for wide scope of project management. At times from initial location of property for new facilities, meeting with City and State Officials, Planning departments etc.to actual construciton oversite of contractors, inspectors and finall occupancy. Projects include rail sites, distribution centers, local Safety-Kleen branches, tank farms and construction as well as process development for products and distribution. Territory ranges from Western U.S. into Mexico, Canada and Puerto Rico. Projects also include repairs or modification of buildings, tank farms, rail sites, offices or process equipment. Duties include solving issues between fire marshals across the US and the Safety-kleen DIY used oil program. Responsible for Hazardous Materials construction in facilities requiring special "H" Occupancy for material storage and handling. Building, site and tank farm design for construction included in the scope of Sr. Project Manager.

Two locations mfg and repair of industrial and automotive radiators,condensors, A/C pressurized parts repair and testiing. Home unit A/C pressurized parts repair. Local HVAC service technicians brought in items to be repaired. MFG auto, industrial radiators for Casino's, Mining operations, Auto Dealerships, and private customer radiators. Used Amtool radiator fin machines.
