Oversaw smart device purchasing, account usage, notifications, etc. Responsible for bringing the monthly balance of $20k down to $8500 within 6 months by reviewing and deleting unnecessary accounts. Coordinate upgrades on devices as necessary.• Dell Account manager for warranty support on laptops/pc’s. Initiated Gold Support – 24hr response time for repairs necessary to remote users. Able to cut down number of days user was without their laptop from seven business days down to two business days.• Project lead for hardware refresh for Sales and Marketing Groups. Coordinated purchase and replacement of devices. Devised roll-out replacement plan. Finished on scheduled. • Provide technical support to each department in STEMCO business divisions, including the five plants listed earlier. Made desk-side visits to support the users.
