• Responsible for the day-to-day management of soft services including print room, post room, reception, archiving, meeting rooms and the set up, maintenance and training of all AV equipment. • First line response to all housekeeping issues and taking forward their practical and pragmatic resolutions.• Daily housekeeping/ floor inspections. • Assisting the Facilities Manager with all office moves (often to tight deadlines), ensuring that accommodation and Health and Safety requirements have been met.• Compiling and maintaining CAD plans of the building.• Organising the training of Fire Marshalls and First Aiders.• Assisting the Maintenance team and reporting any faults.• Management of staff ‘eye-care at work’ voucher scheme.• Management of stationery and PPE accounts.• Processing invoices.• Reporting meeting room and video conferencing stats.

• Supervised the day-to-day running of the post room, ensuring good service was provided.• Organised the dispatch of couriers. • Cost assigned invoices for payment keeping records of all payments made. • Assisting the Facilities Manager with various tasks. • Making sure that the post room stationary was continually well stocked.• Supervising other post room staff.• Assisting the print room, when required.
