Responsibilities in this positions were unique to this dealership. While obvious duties included verifying customer concerns and completed repairs, increasing shop productivity and ensuring vehicle were repaired correctly on the first visit. With my previous experience I also was instrumental in developing and maintaining processes in regards to shop warranty authorization and procedures. I was also able recognize opportunities in Body Shop Warranty process and assumed responsibility to streamline this process from the point of authorization through to the repair completion. In this position, I have been able to work closer with technicians to identify key areas of opportunity, from unfair work distribution, technician advancement in specialized areas and received an educational experience in the more technical end of the business having achieved "Grand Master Technician"- General Motors most prestigious award for excellence in this area. I believe this was an important experience giving me a more in depth knowledge of Fixed Operations at every level.

Responsible supervision of eleven technicians and five support team members as well as any personnel adjustments as required. I am comfortable in DIS, ADP and Reynolds and Reynolds operating systems. I have been fully trained and versed in GM Policies and Procedures with full knowledge of G.M.’s most recent Global Warranty Management system. I have managed all of Fixed Operations in a transition from two separate franchises to one full line Image 2000 franchise converting from ADP to DIS returning to ADP shortly after. Increased CSI through implementing processes and pay plans and have, as a result maintained a very respectable CSI. Responsible for Fixed Operations marketing of seasonal specials to increase CP sales using all types of media. Worked closely with Parts Dept and Collision Center to achieve best possible profit margins as well as interim manage each dept during personnel changes. Have been involved in semi- annual Performance Group Inc . meetings. Enjoy working with and leading a team atmosphere to achieve shared success. Achieved Superstars and attended seminars in St Kitts, Carribean for surpassing objectives set for 2006.

Worked closely with Fixed Operation and Service Managers to achieve highest fixed absorption of all Metro GTA Dealers during this time period. In a very competitive market, increased wholesale by four times monthly average from start date (15 to 60k). Managed conversion from ADP to Reynolds and Reynolds operating systems. Responsible for all parts and inventory control. Inventory value of approx $180000 with $0 over 12 months and annual turns of 6 ½ times. Achieved GM’s Master Manager status for the year 2000
