Developed, using comparable expertise, a global adverse event tracking and forensic evaluation for the pharmaceutical industry. Responsible for QA/QC and moved company to CMM4 and ISO9003.Services allowed reduction of critical path exposure time resulting in significant cost savings. Also oversaw the HR department.
