Selected Accomplishments• Developed and directed legal strategy and counseled senior management relating to $50M claim. The strategy resulted in the customer eventually dropping the claim.• Developed and directed legal strategy and counseled senior management relating to bankruptcy of 2 of Henkel’s critical global automotive customers. • Managed project to investigate and prosecute theft of trade secrets by former employee and competitor, which theft imminently jeopardized profitability of an important business unit. The project resulted in $1M judgment against competitor and injunction against use of Henkel information. Received Henkel Power Plus Award for Outstanding Customer Service.• Led Carve-Out/Divestiture of a $100M business unit. Received Cash Incentive Award upon successful conclusion.• Received Henkel Customer Care Award, which is awarded to an employee that demonstrates well above normal job standards in servicing internal/external customers.
