Project Child International (PCI) is a non-profit (501c3) located in the United States of America in the state of Maryland. PCI will work with the government of Malawi Africa, United Methodist Church of Malawi as well as other similar like non-profits and Africa’s Non-Governmental Organization’s (NGO’s). To identify the support that is needed for the increasing numbers of children that are growing up in area that are not afforded the amenities and opportunities they need in order to realize their potential. PCI will take the following action:1. Build – Schools, Orphanages, Small Clinics and Hospitals2. Health – Medicine, and Access to Medical Professionals3. Nutrition – Vitamins, Clean Drinking Water, and Food4. Education – Access to schools for a basic education5. Mobile Clinic – Travel throughout Country to remote locations6. Wonderfund Global Initiative – Medical treatment for children from around the globe and brought to the USA.PCI understands the scale and nature of the poverty of exclusion affecting the children in South East Africa, PCI’s vision is to remove the barriers, ensure that planning, infrastructure development, service delivery and a broader effort to reduce inequality to meet these particular needs and the priorities of the children of South East Africa. PCI will work hard to promote partnerships between all levels of, non-profits and NGO’s. We will pool all resources and energies, in an effort to ensure that all children enjoy their life to the fullest. As the Director of HFHI I was responsible to build and manage a world class support center service organization located in Americus Georgia. Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing budgets and forecasts, operational metrics and key performance indicators, and driving process mapping and process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency, effectiveness with a passion for customer service and client satisfaction. Passion for the mission in that I developed high performing highly engaged staff teams who are highly customer focused and consistently deliver the mission, programs, and products of HFHI to meet their business goals. Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and a proven success in dealing with a variety of people, ideas and business situations. Provide leadership, guidance and direction to the business unit with the passion and energy that people want to follow.

Provide HR managerial over site for all of US Cards, to include managerial support and direction to a team of 1284, with 5 direct reports located in Jacksonville Florida, Hagerstown Maryland, Grey Tennessee Dallas Texas, Redwood California, and Canada. Strong people management, experience in fast paced, result oriented environment. Current responsibilities include HR, MIS, Support Desk, Help Desk, Technology and Businesses Re-Engineering, and Process redesign for Collections, Customer Service, Credit Ops, Control and Compliance and REW (Risk Early Warning).
