Working closely with Higher Education institutions across the North of England, Scotland and Ireland to create strategic partnerships with senior leadership teams and deliver innovative digital solutions, products and services. Focused on improving learner outcomes, the student and lecturer experience, core skills and student employability.

Supporting customers with order and queries. Supporting academic sales teams with Direct Sales orders and queries. As part of a shared service I was also the contact for the Penguin Special Sales team supporting them for festivals, author events and bespoke orders.
