Business & IT - Technology Traineeship: I joined the following three teams as part of my traineeship: Deloitte Digital, Deloitte CORE Operational Risk & Transformation, Deloitte Cyber Strategy.As Deloitte’s Technology Trainees we are the connecting factor between business processes and IT-systems for both clients as well as Deloitte. The Technology Traineeship supports the Strategic pillar of the Deloitte 2020 Strategy. We will improve cross function collaboration, push technological development and spread awareness of its impact while rotating between different functions and service lines (Risk Advisory, Consulting & Tax).In sync, I help clients transform the ways in which they leverage people, technology, data, business processes, and controls to address their operational risks and drive business performance. For example, within IT Audit I made improvements in internal control and process efficiency and contributed to effective regulatory compliance.I always try to drive the future of Digital by supporting clients in the digital era from evolution to revolution and from strategy to delivery. At Deloitte's Cyber Strategy services I currently balance the requirements to be secure, vigilant, and resilient with strategic objectives, processes and the risk appetite of the organization. By doing so, we help our clients to develop themselves, solve complex cyber issues, and grow in an era where cyber is everywhere.
