A further key element was in the identification, approval and management of a number of worldwide, critical suppliers to the company in ensuring ‘right first time’ delivery of raw materials and services.During my time at Hamlin Ltd, I was part of a team of senior staff who implemented Six Sigma across the company – with emphasis on the Operations, Quality, and Design Engineering disciplines.This resulted in the improvement of a large number Key Performance Indicators and a large-scale reduction in costs and key controllable wastes.
