Rob has over 30 years’ experience of delivering change throughout his career as a senior manager or via his role as a Senior Partner and Operations Director at Bourton Group. Rob specialises in multi-disciplinary business reorganisation and Lean improvement programmes in both the Construction, service and manufacturing sectors. Rob has a strong focus on Integrated Project Delivery and the way Integrated Project Teams work, especially in the way large Infrastructure projects are delivered. Rob is also a Board Member and Trustee at the Lean Construction Institute (UK)..
