I have more than fourteen years experience as a technical consultant to clients, IBM sales teams and IBM Business Partners. I worked to understand the client's business requirements, technical requirements and/or competitive landscape. I provided technical sales support which included collaborating with IBM sales teams to define, design, and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions, delivered Proof of Concepts, developed and delivered technical education, supported critical situations, designed solutions, and answered technical questions. I am adept at face to face interaction with customers, which includes answering Requests For Proposals (RFPs) and the presentation of solutions to customers.
