Responsible for creating digital assets for multimedia and graphics projects, including websites, mobile solutions, advertising, animation, email marketing, social media, video solutions, interactive displays and print collateral for point of sale use. Other responsibilities include:- Working collaboratively with our senior leadership team and support channels to discover, analyse, build, deploy and monitor technology projects across our business.- Promoting Process Automation projects across our range of retail systems, enhancing the connection between these platforms and our eCommerce space, reducing manual-handling times and allowing teams to focus on value strategies.- Fostering a continuous communication and improvement environment that enables extremely quick learning and building for our teams, resources and Subcontractors.- Management of Subcontractors (and these relationships) in relation to print media and point of sale requirements.

Responsible for providing swimming lessons for all ages (ranging from 2-16 years old). Delivering a set lesson plan based on highly structured levels to progress clients as per their assess skill level. Other responsibilities include:- Customer Relations / Service- Teaching & Assessment of Swim Trainees in company lesson plans / structures - Office Management

Responsible for the innovation of company process in the Graphic Design Department expanding the business from 25 orders p/m to over 200. Responsibilities include:- Graphic Logo artworks customised for clients needs- Redesign of information flow of business, reducing manual-handling times and allowing our teams to focus on high value work.- Management of website updates via external development company- Expansion & Management of email marketing program to focus on service delivery and cost savings
