Integrated Production Director, Global Creative
CurrentAs a direct report to our VP of Production, I collaborate closely with the Creative, Social, and Client Management teams to ensure seamless coordination of all production streams. My role encompasses overseeing the scoping and briefing process while ensuring the smooth progression of projects from conception to delivery. Key responsibilities include:• As the lead support for managing and optimizing Uber Retainers across copy and production projects on a global scale, I oversee operations spanning the AMER, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions. In addition to managing and resolving issues, I spearhead project management workflows to ensure seamless execution and delivery of high-quality outcomes. My role encompasses streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams to uphold Uber's standards of excellence worldwide.• End-to-end management of project planning and production for our clients, including the development and maintenance of delivery timelines.• Deep understanding of our client's overarching creative campaign concepts and their potential extensions into new formats and iterations.• Proficient handling of scoping social media and digital projects across various scales, budgets, and retained accounts.• Collaboration with Project Management and finance teams to uphold the financial integrity of projects.• Facilitation of procurement processes, including raising POs for third-party offshore vendors and approving invoices against cost reconciliations.• Assisting the Resource Management team in talent casting and freelance requests to address skill gaps or capacity limitations.• Effective prioritization across multiple projects, adeptly managing time and resources to meet each production's unique requirements.• Providing mentorship and support to team members, demonstrating leadership qualities and offering guidance when needed.
