I specialize in design, installation and integration of technology solutions for residential and commercial settings, including whole home audio, intercoms, home automation, surveillance systems, home theater systems and anything related to integrating audio and video technology into the environment, including universal remote systems to make it all work together seamlessly.I work with designers, builders and architects to integrate audio and video solutions into the design of a home or business before it is built, and also specialize in retrofitting systems to existing construction with a minimum of disruption.

El Cajon

I managed a crew of 60 as project manager and ensured that day-to-day operations ran smoothly. I was a liaison with the top builders in San Diego County (Shea, Centex, Lennar, Colerich, etc.) and was also the Model Home Project Manager in charge of ensuring that systems installed in model homes were integrated perfectly and installed on-time and under budget.I developed pre-wire standards, finish standards, safety protocols and procedures, and was an integral part of the Safety team; in 2007 my team won a Safety Award for having no injuries. As Customer Service Manager I also rolled out the C.A.R.E. Customer Service program. I worked with Bose to launch and standardize their “Built Invisible” Builder Program of seamless speaker integration in San Diego and also wrote the installation guidelines. Bose was then able to launch the program nationwide because of our partnership.

Poway

Worked my way from Installer to Manager, Service Department Manger and Parts Department Manager. I installed security systems, home entertainment systems, central vacuum systems, intercom systems, etc.. I was also an integral part of the design and pre-wire phase to ensure that the wiring for these systems was planned and installed correctly as a home was being built.
