I was also highly involved in the project of migrating the conTgo billing platform to the Concur finance portal in cooperation with software engineers and finance systems operators as the intricacies of the conTgo billing process were primarily created by me. I was responsible for ensuring that nothing was lost during the integration and that the processes continued to run seamlessly after the finalization of the handover.

This role also led to account management responsibilities both internally and externally with clients such as JP Morgan, Microsoft, American Express, Lego, Falck and FCm.In 2011 progressed to a full Financial Controller role (spending 6 months working out of our Sydney office) and took on full ownership of the billing cycle along with reporting on a monthly basis both to clients and Executive Management. I created further reports and data analysis for internal referencing of KPIs and trend analysis of platform activity and revenue.
