Inspired by a brilliant meeting in a well-known London skyscraper back in 2018, I decided to set up a business dedicated to helping people succeed by becoming their absolute best. Gherkin Associates Ltd specialise in leadership training, coaching and mentoring. With over 30 years people management, coaching and leadership experience, I've held various direct sales and sales management roles in the electrical contracting and utilities sectors. During my last position as Sales and Marketing Director and Executive Board Member, I also became a certified trainer for "The Living Leader" personal leadership programme.Gherkin help people be the very best that they possibly can be, enabling them to grow and achieve their true potential. When people are at their best, they feel motivated and empowered. They begin to explore new ideas and become forward-thinking. They thrive and help to drive businesses forward.In setting up Gherkin, my purpose is simple, to help people unleash their true potential.
