Gherkin Associates Ltd specialise in leadership training, coaching and mentoring. With over 30 years people management, coaching and leadership experience, I've held various direct sales and sales management roles in the electrical contracting and utilities sectors. During my last position as Sales and Marketing Director and Executive Board Member, I also became a certified trainer for "The Living Leader" personal leadership programme.Gherkin help people be the very best that they possibly can be, enabling them to grow and achieve their true potential. When people are at their best, they feel motivated and empowered. They begin to explore new ideas and become forward-thinking.
