Managed all aspects of G Suite for the University including operations and operational support, projects, user training, vendor management, etc. Some of the projects included:• Migrating 100,000 active student accounts from a separate G Suite domain into staff G Suite domain. My role was the Google SME• As part of the release of a new identity system I performed the Business Analysis for the G Suite integration as well as several other areas. In addition, I was the Google SME for the project.• Managed the release of a number of G Suite core and additional services including the migration from Postini to Google Vault• Google lead on the migration of Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences from Microsoft Exchange to G Suite• Google lead on campus readdressing where all Clayton Campus buildings were renamed which required renaming all the Google Calendar resources • Responsible for managing email for the University. In addition to operational tasks projects included moving from legacy email servers to Gmail, dealing with ongoing phishing attacks, and designing and implementing email authorisation.
