I am entrepreneur from London as well as a trained professional dancer with 17 years of experience under my belt. I am 1 half of the dance duo TWIST AND PULSE - WINNERS of 'Britains Got Talent - The Champions'. I use my overwhelming love for creation to hone my passion into every piece of work.I am also a Co-creator of Comic Book 'Extraman' alongside my great friend Jermaine Riley.I released my first song 'Made It Out Alive' which reflects my struggles with my mental health. My hope is that this campaign will ignite the conversation and give men a simple platform to take their first step in talking about how their mental health is affecting them. Instead of asking them to discuss or explain, they simply have to write down on a post-it note just one feeling or thought they are struggling with, and post it. The aim is to unite as many men in the campaign and show them they ARE NOT ALONE and to encourage other people to reach out and help them talk about it. Each person that shares their post-it with their feeling or struggle is opening up to the world, so lets do it together. Using an original script, 2 original songs, comedy, singing and dance, we aim to tell a Panto story with a twist.
