I am passionate about transforming the Workers' Compensation industry by focusing on leadership, empathy, and human connection. With nearly two decades of experience in the insurance world, I built my career on creating innovative solutions that challenge the status quo. I am the founder of DCM, a consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations humanize their approach to Workers' Compensation while maintaining strategic, business-driven outcomes.Over the years, I have had the opportunity to pioneer the Workers' Recovery Unit and establish the Workers' Compensation Center of Excellence, both milestones that have shaped how we approach claims today.
