Information System AuditorReview and monitor all activities that were performed by the IT department in different databases of their system.Achievements:• Audits were carried out internally with excellent results obtained.• The information of the database was protected, which provided reliable information to users of their system.Main duties:• Review and reconciliation of different activities performed in databases, pbx, and windows. These activities were monitored in daily reports through the SEMS (Sensitive Events Monitoring System).• Evaluate the bank's information to properly show it to authorized parties.• Schedule meetings with IT team to follow up and reconcile the activities.• Compare created tickets to justify users activities.
