Responsible for management of administrative functions of agency. Oversees human resource functions for recruiting, hiring, training, and management of personnel records (approximately 60 employees). Manages Account Clerk and seasonal clerical personnel. Responsible for maintaining, inputting, and overseeing all payroll functions. Support services and telecommunications. Prepares financial reports, oversees accounting records and subsidiary records. Develops policies and procedures.Collects, reviews, and inputs data for reports and statistical research. Organize, design, and assemble agency's Annual Report/Calendar and Program Plan yearly. Transcribes Board minutes and directly oversees special programs that are offered to Saginaw County residents..

Responsible for the ground operations which includes passenger ticketing and check-in, baggage and cargo services, gate area passenger boarding and deboarding, and on-ground aircraft servicing. Responsible for seeing that flights leave on time. Managed the day-to-day airport service operations, scheduling, staffing needs, and payroll. Trained all personnel in airline/airport procedures, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure on-going compliance.
