Design and development of activities that enhanced social and personal skills for 8 - 16 ages that attend the Youth centre. Responsible to develop activities to enhanced social skills, self confidence and support youths from 8 to 13 years old and Seniors 13 to 18 years with specific needs.

Responsible for the psychological assessment and support offered from preschool to senior students. Coach of two psychologist. Design, Evaluate and execute the values and conflict resolution program. Accountable of the admission process.Achievements Established the mediation as the official way to solve problems with students, teachers and employees at the school with the 95% of the population support. Certificate three groups of 20 students and 20 teachers as mediators. Received a nomination for best program that contributes to the school. Developed immediately support to teachers and therapist in order to support family and children needs, decreasing the percentage of cases that need intervention.

Lead the teacher’s group (32) and all interdisciplinary team. Head the design, development and evaluation of the “Values Program”, the communication and self-assessment process. Set the overall direction and management of all divisions of the school (Preschool, Elementary and High school) with a daily focus on student behaviour. Achievements Established the values program and the self-evaluation format. 32 teachers trained, 70 activities developed, 95% of improvement in the values self-evaluation, being recognize for the school members as an excellent form to develop the school goals. Implemented the new software to communicate with parents about the students’ progress reports and notes with 100% of the teachers trained, 100% of the notes and reports developed and 98% of the parents as active members. Developed the quality improvement team reaching 98% of the school population. Obtained 60% of improvement in most of the areas that had lower scores on the first year. Obtained the E.F.Q.M. accreditation (European Foundation for Quality Management)

Design, development and evaluation of Vocational Orientation program; Participate in the admission process; coordinate the Values and Conflict Resolution Programs. Part of the international accreditation group. Achievements: Establish the Mediation as the official way to solve problems with students, teachers and employees at the school; certificate three groups of 20 students and 20 teachers as mediators; create and organize the CIS international recruitment fair and the official university fair for the UCB`s schools (Unión de Colegios Bilingûes) where the students can also meet parents and other professionals to receive career information. Development of vocational orientation program, support in admissions process. Create the Human Resources Department, and offer to parents and students other possibilities of educational support (speech and psychological therapy). Design the sexual education program.
