Provide consultative services and IT portfolio management for internal business channel partners. Assist business leadership with identifying and scoping capability and process improvement initiatives. Oversee lifecycle of approved projects, with a focus on user readiness and communication.

Provided oversight and guidance to both IT and business teams involved in capability development and process improvement initiatives throughout the software development life cycle process (SDLC) to ensure quality requirements, regulatory adherence, comprehensive user testing and operational readiness.

This was a voluntary, thought leadership/SME role within the SDLC governance team, executed concurrently with my formal HR roles during this timeframe. Served as IT Business Requirements and Deployment PDG Lead. Improved IT cycle time and quality by defining and continuously improving SDLC processes, standards, templates and tools (e.g., standard and Agile workflows, Model Audit Rule, NExMo and integration with other methodolgies, such as RUP and Project Management Methodology).

Performed both business analysis and project management activities during customer-facing work phases of capability development and process improvement initiatives to analyze/document processes and develop requirements, test plans and user readiness materials.

Consulted with end users and subject matters experts to develop process documentation, data conversion requirements, testing and training materials during first release of new enterprise-wide claims processing system (Diamond).

Directed customer financial service activities for personal computer manufacturer during exponential growth of consumer market sales. Managed risk and financial relationships with mass merchant retail customers. Re-engineered area processes (credit, collection, A/R posting, dispute research/resolution, freight claims recovery and records retention) prior to implementing new enterprise operating system. Developed automated tools to manage evolving B2B technologies and increasing transaction volume from major customers.
