Planning and coordinating travel arrangements for Bank Travel groups of 20 to 150 people to locations in the United States, Europe, and Africa. Duties include: Researching locations, air, accommodations, transportation, restaurants and entertainment. Cost analysis. Contracting and sales, Accounts receivable and payable, Airline pricing and ticketing using Sabre. Acting as liaison and contracting with cruise ship companies, hotels, motor coach companies, airline companies, restaurants and tour guides. Coordinating arrivals, departures, bag pulls, rooming lists, ship disembarkations and restaurant menus. Creating and arranging daily excursions. Writing brochures and itineraries using Publisher. Constant interaction with clients and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.

Duties included: Collection, data entry and maintenance of nurse files which contain licensing, medical records, testing and other documentation that need to be kept up to date. These files must abide by specific client requirements and are often audited by the hospitals to confirm that they are JAHCO compliant. Weekly payroll register taken from various hospital time sheets, for approximately 60 nurses. Hours and pay rates are confirmed. Billing of hospitals, for per diem and contracted nurses. Various office duties, such as data entry, phones, correspondence, reception desk, etc. Constant interaction with medical facilities and nurses in a professional and pleasant manner.

End of month balancing and close. Aging reports and follow up. Auditing and posting to the general ledger of daily totals for both hotels, including restaurants and other outlets.
