Throughout high school, I faced multiple challenges, one of them being able to adapt from traditional learning to fully remote learning. That's how I faced my senior year head-on, though, before that, I was involved in my local FFA chapter where I and five others went on to compete at the national level after winning states for an LDE called parliamentary procedure. To this day I still use skills I developed from my time with that team and remember what we achieved. I have served as FBLA Secretary for my local chapter, as well as FFA Reporter for that local chapter. I have sung the national anthem on multiple occasions, from the beginning of my school's 5k to the JROTC Military Ball. My high school experience was not my only experience as I worked at a job 40 minutes away from my hometown from July 2019 to March 2020 until Covid-19 shut down restaurants, I worked as a food runner busser for a few months before switching positions to being a hostess. Then covid-19 put me out of a job and I transferred to working on a sow farm part-time, this was a complete change of pace but over time that job became second nature to me.
