Managed client mergers and installations onto Mediaocean software. Throughout these projects, I was responsible for leading discovery sessions to gain a better understanding of client needs. I also led weekly status calls to measure progress as they relate to milestones, identify roadblocks, and present alternate workflows.Coordinated data migrations, for clients who moved business internally or when off-boarding a client. These moves many times affected other moving parts.
