* Supported major business application by gathering requirements, creating documentation and design specifications, testing, meeting with users to measure performance and review business processes. ^ Managed the imaging application Stellent (bought by Oracle and retooled into their digital product line) by creating and configuring application digital datastore and maintaining metadata. * Managed application workflow processes that were part of the imaging document processing system which was administered by the Stellent system. * Managed the security access to the workflow processes and digital data. * Set up Microsoft AD security for users access to the business applications and server data. * Managed imaging product software service patch releases with the vendor company, Oracle. Debugged problems and applied patches for correction to the imaging product software on MS WIN servers supporting the imaging product software.

* Supervised two technical staff personnel for IBM systems programming tasks to maintained IBM zSeries Enterprise Server software, hardware and operations processing. * Installed CICS and DB2 products on zOS. Configured systems for application development and interface. Trained application programming staff on enhanced and new features. * Created testing schedules for QA testing and migration tasks to production integration. Coordinated all migration tasks with business analysts and programming staff.* Maintained system performance monitor software, TMON and provided management with statistical reports of system performance and throughput annually.
