I was tasked with the day-to-day operations of Ecomation Oy. I reported directly to Mr. Tommi Pajala, Chief Executive Officer (CEO). My focus was on executing Ecomation’s business plans according to its business model. I participated in activities related to hiring more qualified personnel, designed strategic planning for future ventures and established initiatives to expand the organization's product lines and markets. I represented Ecomation Oy in many events and realized presentations for various audiences in Finland and abroad. I also participated in the design of industrial halls for Ecomation solutions. I became an expert on recycling and circular economy. I visited many countries and noticed how Ecomation solutions for rubber, plastic, biomaterial, electronic and electrical waste, would be needed in the global market because there's no waste to waste.

I created a company where I had the freedom to use my wide expertise in several directions, growing my know-how and connections even more. I took different types of tasks on different types of projects, having as clients public and private organizations. I developed internationalization projects for small and medium-size companies as part of governmental initiatives. I represented those companies in different events, designing and organizing their complete participation or even the event itself, as well as their marketing and sales material. I collaborated closely with the city of Tampere, the Business Tampere Agency, Finnpartnership and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. I gave lectures at the Tampere University of Applied Sciences about internationalization and the empowerment of international talents. I participated in the creation and design of TWINKLE 2015, Finland’s biggest event for international competence and growth, held in Tampere. We built TWINKLE 2015 in 9 months, had a team of around 100 talented volunteers and 65 amazing speakers from around the world, sharing their experiences and know-how for 2 days. Another incredible activity was to have the honor of mentoring international young talents from China, Australia, Poland, and Indonesia in the fields of architecture and business. I also had the time to work on architectural and interior design. I was invited to become Ambassador of Tampere, a member of the International Rotary Club of Tampere and a member of the Solved network of Finland. All of this, I did with passion while working for a green planet.

I worked in a team with 11 engineers in technological innovation projects as an architect and helped with the marketing of the projects and ideas.

I was in charge of architectural design, budgeting, construction permits and project presentations at the national and international levels.

I created a company where I had the freedom to use my expertise and growing my know-how about the Finnish market and building connections in my field. I took different types of tasks on different types of projects, having as clients local architects and private clients.

Localization -Testing for the French version of 9000 Communicator and Localization - Testing for French, Spanish, English, Finnish and Portuguese versions of 9110 Communicator.

I worked at the architecture faculty as a designer and I also gave a lecture about Colonial Architecture in Colombia.

I worked in the design of a Pavilion that was built at the Central Park of the city. I also gave a lecture about Inca and Maya Architecture and created a workshop for children at the secondary school, based on that lecture. I prepared posters and all the necessary material for it, sponsored by the city of Nokia.

Meeting organization and Interviews.

I was in charge of managing the sales team and all sales activities within the company. One of the most important parts was motivating staff and leading the team to achieve sales targets. I also was in charge of interviewing and selecting new members of the sales team. All this ensuring that all administration for sales was completed effectively.

I created my own company to work principally on finishes design and construction in homes, buildings and work offices.

I was in charge of the design of showrooms of the different stores of distributors, professional marketing, event and expo organization, and participation. My work covered those tasks at principal cities of the North of Colombia (Barranquilla, Cartagena, Santa Marta, Valledupar, Rioacha y Sincelejo).
