To administer and manage all project grants aspects of the organization, overseeing projects implementation budget and advice accordingly. Organize training for grantees. Preparing grantees' contracts. Reviewing both narrative and Financial reports including all supporting documents. To ensure compliance of grants as per donor, country and organization policies and procedures. Providing feedback to grantees, program officers and management in case of any irregularities. Submission of the quarterly, semi, and annual reports to the management and donors. Maintaining internal and external communication with staff partners.
