I am an architectural designer with more than 10 years’ experience in designing residential buildings to create unique and well-organized structures for my clients. This includes meeting with clients to discuss their vision, drawing up plans and modifying designs, looking at structural integrity, adhering to the relevant building codes and local council planning rules and requirements, to working with subcontractors, engineers and project coordination.My strengths lie in relationship and stakeholder management, attention to detail, knowledge of the building industry, building regulations in New Zealand and creative problem solving.Another passion is to build prefabricated affordable homes on mass – that is a future dream. So for now I want to achieve designing homes that are above the minimum standard (NZ Building Code) to provide a home that is comfortable and healthier to live in.
