Senior developer providing solutions to support the transfer of Commerzbank’s Equity Markets & Commodities business to Société Générale whilst continuing to contribute to the future architectural direction of existing systems and processes.• Support the issuer substitution and novation process to transfer trades to Société Générale draws on my skills as the subject matter expert for the secondary market pricing platforms. The successful transition requires that clients receive an uninterrupted service via Refinitiv, Bloomberg and SIX Group throughout. Automate data collation, quality checks and clear communication with all stakeholders has been key to the success in transitioning these services.• Migration of the real-time price messaging platform used by C# WCF services. This project is a move from on premise Thomson Reuters Enterprise Platform (TREP) messaging to utilise the BCC Group One Platform cloud-based solution. • Led the move of 90 repositories from TFS to Bitbucket as part of a move to a standardised IT development architecture. Also migrated the CI/CD platform jobs from BuildMaster to TeamCity, focusing on encouraging reuse via build configuration templates.

Front-office senior developer - worked on the development of trading tools for the equity derivatives business. Focus was greenfield development of e-connectivity trading services, leading to the on-boarding of clients via three new platforms.Implemented a WCF service-oriented architecture, enabling the build out of services that leveraged existing pricing, booking and risk management solutions. Orchestration of the message flow, utilising the C# Task Parallel Library (TPL), ranged from a simple price discovery lifecycle through to a complete STP solution including booking and confirmation. The client APIs required the services to handle a variety of message formats including FIX, FpML, XML and JSON, with development being completed using C# and SQL Server.

Senior developer primarily working on the strategic build-out of trading tools for front-office credit derivatives. • Designed and developed a C# service responsible for the calculation and submission of CDS and index spreads to centralised clearing houses including ICE Clear, CME & Eurex. Ensured the resilience, timeliness and accuracy of the data provided - critical to the success of the delivery, as non-delivery carried significant reputational risk and financial penalties of $100k per day.• Delivered a desktop tools offering including CDS index marking, integration of trade enquiry data & the publication of CDS data to Bloomberg.• Key component of the firm’s Basel III CVA solution to generate the trade and associated liquid and proxy CDS spreads.
