Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

• Shaped operational responsibility for four locations in Dallas and Collin counties whose gross revenues exceeded $13M quarterly including coordinating with sales teams to evaluate and re-engineer processes to service clients including Frito Lay, EDS, Blockbuster, and LaCerte. • Managed small parcel delivery and pickup operations in North Texas operations which oversaw 300+ employees, including managers/supervisors, service agents, couriers, and dock/warehouse personnel • Negotiated and ratified labor contracts with national and “white paper” members of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters
