Processed and scrutinized Oracle and OBIEE+ constructed management reports for UK and Europe branches of the European Joint Support offices that indicated vital errors within the personnel’s payroll process or within the personnel's personal record and report the consolidated information by creating PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets for use on weekly CEO and senior management meetings. Also managed a team of 18 HR administrators to deliver a professional and skilful clerical service to 700+ personnel.

Effectively managed a team of 4 HR administrators to deliver a high standard clerical service that was proven to be proficient and effective to in excess of 650 personnel. Some of my daily and weekly tasks were to update personal and pay details, to provide key information in weekly briefs to my managers and to provide assistance to the managers if needed.

Managed a Sodexo contract providing a professional catering service to a workforce of 800+ personnel; my main role was the administration of the 20 junior caterers and the ordering, receiving and checking of stock that was delivered to the workplace using the ‘Saffron’ computer system software ‘. I also produced the purchase documents that were required for audit purposes.
