Specialized in aligning business objectives with infrastructure technology based on ITIL best practices for process efficienciesDeveloped installed and maintained a Linux based system which automatically queried all DACS (Tellabs 6400, 5500, and 5320. Alcatel 1631 and 1630) and produced automated reports viewed on the company intranet. This eliminated the 3+ hours of time that each switch engineer had to spend querying and compiling data for the 50+ DACS devices in the company footprint. Efficiently provided accurate data to engineers to aid in switch provisioning and load balancing thereby reducing overall man-hours needed to perform process.
