In this role I managed projects across all aspects of the digital product design lifecycle for Manhattan's Cloud Platform team. Working as an Agile team, our group delivered foundational cloud microservices focused on both synchronous REST API methods and asynchronous message-based methods of sending and receiving data. Driving forward both short and long term initiatives for the Cloud Platform team means my work ranged from enhancing existing functionality that is backend-focused, to working with UI/UX partners to develop the look, feel, and experience of new customer-facing digital products. As a Business Analyst/Product Owner, I worked cross-functionally to understand user needs, collaborate with leadership on product vision, and break down high level initiatives into achievable technical development tasks for the development team.

In this role I partnered with the business and our team of enterprise architects to build the long-term roadmaps of the systems, integrations, and services that store and share data from Chick-fil-A's Location Domain. In support of those services and products, I was able to consult with partners in and outside of the business on their location system and data needs, ensuring data quality, product reliability, and system uptime. I enjoy dreaming up technical solutions that scale seamlessly and enable growth!

In this role I partnered with the business to help solve problems using a variety of technologies like Oracle, TRIRIGA, ESRI, and a suite of applications built in AWS. I spent as much time interacting with the business as I did diving deep into our systems and the data they produce to build databases efficiently and troubleshoot bugs when they popped up. Each day provided interesting problems to solve, and challenging technical solutions to create.

In this role I supported IT’s Restaurant Development Solutions team and the suite of systems within the team's portfolio. I partnered with the Licensee group to build an AWS application to track their Real Estate dealings, helped in retiring legacy mapping software, iRESL and launched a cloud-based mapping software, ESRI. I was also able to assist the Real Estate Legal group in a large data clean-up effort to remain compliant.
