• Primary responsibilities are first point of contact and support across WA monitoring telephone, Incident queues and Request fulfilment queues ensuring SLA are achieved in an ITIL process driven environment• As a member of the shift team we work in teams of two that deliver after hour service and support to BHP Billiton Minerals (Iron Ore, Nickel West, Copper and Petroleum), during daytime shifts we work with the rest of day staff team• My role is to solve at first contact and to gather quality information coordinating and liaises with internal and external support teams, service providers and vendors in ensuring that all service disruptions are promptly monitored to completion and resolution• In this fast pace, diverse environment operating in the boundaries of ITIL processes and standards are important, we constantly review the knowledge base and publish new articles• Escalation to next level technical support that includes internal and external technical teams that support Wintel, Exchange, Linux and Unix servers, Network devices, Systems such as SAP, DMS and proprietary software specific to the mining industry
