Purchasing cost-saving initiative across Wonderful business units:- As a project lead for the uniform services category, I aggregated and analyzed data from multiple business units, prepared and ran an RFP process, and helped to negotiate a final deal- As part of a team for the ag chemicals category I aggregated and analyzed data, prepared decks and communicated project expectations throughout the process, and assessed RFP responsesChange management and stabilization following ERP implementation: - Activities ranged from helping to assemble and prioritize enhancement requests for our IT department to identifying KPIs and working to establish uniform processes across different locations. Wastewater re-use exploration: - Completed preliminary analysis to find a more beneficial use for our pistachio hulling wastewater. Options explored involved treatment and possible reuse in the hulling process or as irrigation water.Strategy team onboarding optimization:- Led a project to streamline the on-boarding process for incoming new consultants, and helped to put on networking lunches and events to connect with group alumni working in the business units.
