The successful delivery of the first project enabled Schneider Electric to secure two additional similar projects with the same client in their other buildings, displacing Schneider Electric’s competition.• Enabled and led digital/remote project delivery within the region leveraging on cross-training and collaborative approach, which allowed business continuity during the pandemic. The initiative successfully shifted project revenue generation from heavily revenue impacted clients (e.g.: retail, commercial buildings) to high-demand (healthcare, infra-structure, government) clients.• Supported the sales development team in understanding technical challenges and proposing added value solutions aligned with client's goals.
