- Responsible for coordinating all phases of the life cycle of linked projects, working on the development of new products and management of current products, from concept definition, product development and serialization.- Lead product development projects, being responsible for all phases of the project (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure) and working directly in the integration between the internal areas involved, customers and suppliers.- Manage the Program budget, considering all aspects involved in recurring costs.- Coordinate the production plan at the Program level, considering all industrial aspects (logistics and assembly)- Responsible for developing and simulating complex scenarios for decision making, proposing alternatives, mapping risks and developing action plans.- Prepare and provide necessary information to support the after sales team.- Plan, execute and monitor parts nationalization projects.- Apply and develop procedures and processes, recording and disseminating knowledge related to Program and project management activities.

- Contributing to product quality improvement programs in the areas of electrical, pneumatics (brakes and suspensions), chassis, cabins and powertrain (engine and driveline) of heavy and Off Road trucks;- Assisting in the planning and follow-up of specialists' activities, preparation of reports, KPI indicators and vehicle audits at the factory;- Assisting in the analysis and resolution of vehicle quality items - failure stratification, diagnosis and brainstorm, action plan, containment solution, validation test, corrective action, definitive solution and lessons learned;- Monitoring of Sourcing (supplier development, arrival of prototypes and kickoff-schedule meeting), Logistics (PBOM until production, depletion of stock of replaced part) and Product Validation (assembly of the part, truck instrumentation and highway running and test track);- Assisting in the management of Cost, Deadline and Quality indicators for projects in the Heavy Truck range.

- Carrying out financial feasibility analyzes of projects, with the preparation and analysis of management reports for financial monitoring of the different areas of the company, assisting in the preparation of budgets and the analysis of actual x predicted costs (within the budget of each area), directly assisting in the preparation of scenarios and in the management decision-making process;- Participation in the implementation process of the ISO9001:2015 standard (not finalized);- Developing manuals, procedures and work instructions. Participating in the planning and development of internal audits and monitoring of external audits;- Working on the development of preventive and corrective action plans to comply with established quality standards, identifying non-conformities in our services, products and processes and their possible causes.
