• Tasked with managing the e-learning team to create and manage training solutions in line with stakeholder/business requirements.Responsible for:

• Creating e-learning content to support existing and new programmes across a range of topics.
• Ensuring that the in-house LMS is up to date, secure, stable and fit for purpose.
• Using E-learning authoring tools and Instructional design theory to generate interactive and engaging activities that meet the needs of stakeholders.
• Continually innovating and updating existing E-learning courses to ensure the content is current and design conforms to brand guidelines.

• Responsible for delivering the Activity leadership and Management Apprenticeships for sites based in the South west of England. This includes planning, supporting, assessing and training members of staff enrolled.
• Tasked with delivering multiple courses and training including First aid, leadership and management, education and training as well as specific training for centres. This includes adapting all courses to ensure each.
• Responsible for coordinating First aid at work courses across the estate. This includes liaising with staff at all levels and negotiating the best outcomes for courses to run.
• Be a representative of the companies L and D department to sites, identifying training options for individuals looking to progress their skills.
