My AV career started in 2003 as an AV installer and commercial project manager at the UK’s largest AV custom installer company, I have developed excellent project and people management skills. Specialising in large-scale developments, I delivered the largest project in SMC’s history, managing up to 20 engineers and a budget of £1m.I had a short spell at Wates Construction working in MEP on all projects that have Audio Visual, IT networks, Access Control/Video Entry, CCTV, BT, WLAN and security schemes.I was positioned at MiX Consultancy as a Commerical Audio Visual Consultant for two and a half years. Helping to specify and Deliver Commercial Projects with the odd Residential Project that comes along.Now my focus is firmly back into High-end Residential and Hotels with a smaller amount of Commercial Projects. I will be consulting on projects that need Audio Visual/Security (Intruder/Access Control and CCTV) focusing on continued business relationships as an Associate Director for Blend Technology Consultants.I am a tenacious and dynamic individual with good negotiation and relationship management skills. I understand construction phases, from detailed design through to delivery. I always ensure the efficient and smooth running of projects to agreed costs and timescales.
